Janelle Adeloga A. Parra has 25 years of government experience and is the Property Manager for the Bureau of Engineering, overseeing real estate title, appraisal,
acquisition, relocation, and disposition for major infrastructure projects in Los Angeles. Happily married with three daughters, Janelle also gives back to the community as the President of the International Right of Way Association, Local Chapter 1, and as the Adviser and Immediate Past President of LAFACE.
