Sugar Baltazar serves as a PR Specialist II at the Department of Building and Safety. She began her career in the City of Los Angeles as a
PR Specialist I and was recently promoted to her current role. In 2019, she moved from Manila to Los Angeles. Before relocating, she honed her skills as a Media Relations Officer in the offices of Senators Sonny Angara and Joel Villanueva at the Senate of the Philippines from 2013 to 2019. Sugar is married to Edward Baltazar, a Safety Systems Engineer.
